TOM WARD
Tom is a workaholic with an interest in all parts of the production process but a particular interest in streamlining – hence he loves technologies like the Technodolly, AI and advanced postproduction. Tom is obsessed with cutting smoke and mirrors out and delivering projects without complexity, or unneeded costs and delays. He has never delivered a project over budget or behind schedule in 25 years.
JENNY CHAPMAN
Jen started her career with Sandstorm as a production assistant. She now works as Tom’s PA and heads up scheduling and bookings for us. Having been involved in over 3000 projects in her 12 years at Sandstorm, both in the South West and our London offices she brings a logical expertise to your production to ensure the project is a success.

Ayo spent over twenty years in some of the world’s leading creative agencies – helping their creatives and clients achieve the best possible executions of their campaigns. He’s worked in ATL, brand response, DRTV and eCommerce. He was an early adopter of real digital content (well before the word ‘content’ even became a term) and sees every project as an opportunity for brands to improve the overall effectiveness of their marketing.
History:
For 25 years, we have been a visual effects-focused production company, creating high-quality content for features, commercials, and various other formats. Initially formed in Soho, we later built our own custom studios in the Cotswolds to help clients maintain control over their content, and their budgets. Since then, we’ve expanded with a base at Ealing Studios—the oldest film studios in the UK—introducing a fresh approach to content production just 15 minutes from Soho and Heathrow. Our core philosophy centers on transparency and a “no smoke and mirrors” approach, ensuring integrity in every aspect of content creation.
