Tom Ward

Our lead operator, Tom, has spent a decade specialising in motion control and 26 years in end-to-end filmmaking. He works in close collaboration with the SuperTechno team to ensure we have the fastest and smoothest way to craft narrative through visual effects.

Cam has worked with the team for a number of years as TechnoDolly Assistant, and is also an excellent camera operator. Perfect if you are shooting as a small team, or rehearsing without the main unit, he can be a vital addition for you.

Frazer Hopkins

Frazer has a deep knowledge of Q-Take and Trigger synchronisation as well as working as a TechnoDolly assistant. He is on hand when complex moves require multiple layers of video, triggers sending to sound, light, SFX etc. N.B. We also have a full Q-Take setup with monitoring available.

Most crews in the UK know Michael from his time at Panavision. He has been focused on Steadicam and Camera Operating for the last few years, but has now returned to TechnoDolly work — bringing a wealth of on-set camera and grip expertise to every shoot.
